sry for nt blogging for so long...
was busy with preparation for brisbane trip and going to brisbane...
haha...
IM BAK FROM BRISBANE ALREADY!!!
and i had lots and lots of fun there!!!!
i made a fren, mariale who plays a horn for 5 years....and shes 15 yrs old oni!(younger than me...play so well) she is very very frenly :) and she also taught us how make the music we r playing more interesting and musical...i learnt alot from her......she also shared alot of her stories of playing horn with the four of us (me, eli, yl and kidman)
i shall talk about the days in brisbane...shall start with day 1
Day 1-first thing we got off the plane....we went to redlands college for a rehersal and master class with mr davis then after that went to have dinner at golden palace....one chinese restaurant in china town...the food was gd :) then went to the hotel apartments.....the apartments looks like a house like tat :)the gd thing is WE HAVE A BATH TUB!!! IN ONE OF OUR TOILETS IN THE APARTMENT!!!!!!HAHAHAHA!!!!!!and after that all of our bus trips was part of our slping time.....haha...everyone slp on the bus lo...
Day 2-we went to have breakfast at the beggining of the day....the breakfast was gd.....in buffet style :) got puffs, sausages, baccon, hash browns, baked beans, baked tomatos, scrambled eggs and other cereals!!! i oni took the eggs, hash browns, sausages and baked beans.....these are the ones i like :) then after that we went to sunday markets!! we went to 3 sunday markets....most of the market sells handicrafts... we went to shopping malls too....bought alot of things there....then after the sunday markets we went to have a concert by Brisbane Philharmonic Orchestra...it was gd.....then we went to have dinner at a restaurant call jarkata indonesian cuisine...then food taste weird la...but still nice....the satay is the best......then went bak to the apartment...
DAy 3-we went to Villanova College...then we performed a mini concert there and had master class with Dr Morris.....we also learnt how to make the music more INTERESTING...after tat we went to redlands college again to have syf master class with mr davis and we had pizza for dinner!!!!the pizzas are gd....taste better than sg's pizzas :) we also met mariale and we ate dinner together, took fotos together :)and our rehersal ended at 9++pm super late and we were so tired lo...during the trip bak to the apartment we fell aslp...haha....then after that go bak that time...like so energetic....abit cant slp...but in the end slept la...
Day 4-this day...we went to Canterbury College....we toured around the school and had a concert there........we also had master class with Dr Peddel we learnt ARTICULATIONS...must rmbr...haha......then had lunch at golden palace again...but its a very gd lunch...dian xin and noodles....GD FD....i thought i will nv eat pork in brisbane...in the end i did eat!!!!!haha.....then after that went to a primary school....the school is called....Bellevue Park School......had a concert there...then after that had some interactions with the students there....i was called by a teacher i think to show how to hold a horn and play....i so nervous i cant say properly...but heng its ok la...then after that went to have dinner at the jarkata indonesian cuisine again...then go bak hotel and slp...
Day 5-iTS RELAX AND PLAY DAY!!!!!!!!!we went to a wholesale and movie world....we first went to the wholesale.....theres so many shops that.....selling branded stuff, food, souveniors and many other things!!!!and most of them are CHEAP!!!!!!!!!!!i bought a pair of sport shoes for oni $30!!! :) haha...so happy...then kidman, eli and me bought one bag of sweets bak for the FRENCH HORN SECTIONS!!!!haha....my dear juniors...hope u will like stuff we bought bak for u :) then after that, went to movie world.....had the rides......i oni ride the scooby doo rides....cos if i ride those other rides like superman...im going to vomit out the breakfast i ate on tat day man....so i went to shop and play arcade instead haha...me and eli found a game called deal or no deal...instead of money....its tickets.....haha..we didn't had enough time to play...so in the end we oni changed for sweets...with about 105 tickets.....then after that saw alot of road shows and stuff like that la...its a fun day!!!!then this is the best best part....WE HAD SEAFOOD FOR DINNER AT A SEAFOOD RESTAURANT!!!!!!THE SEAFOOD IS SUPER NICE....and the scallops is the best....its so fresh....especially the gao...haha...then went bak le lo....
Day 6-we come bak le lo...haha.....
